for the love of

off the Screen

I still remember the excitement and anticipation of developing prints in the darkroom. There was a magical quality to it.

These days, you can easily order prints from a mass-market retailer. But they’re definitely no match for professional, small-batch products.

I’ve spent years sourcing the best options, and I’m so very excited to offer them here!

Traditional prints

Individual photographic prints on e-surface (luster) paper. The finish is in between matte and glossy with a beautifully subtle texture, which makes it more resilient to smudges and fingerprints.

Rated for 100 years in home display; 200 years in dark storage.

Sizes: all standard available (4×6 through 40×60). Any custom sizes (within or beyond those dimensions) can be made to order.

Mounted prints

Traditional prints (described above) that are permanently bonded to a rigid 3mm board. The substrate protects against any tearing, bending, or warping.

Mounted prints can be displayed on their own or matted / framed.

Sizes: all standard available (4×6 through 30×40). Any custom sizes within those dimensions can be made to order.

Matted prints

Traditional prints (described above) that are adhered to a 4-ply white core backing board and linen-textured face mat.

This protects the print against any direct contact when handling and/or from touching the glass when framed.

Sizes: 8×10 mat (5×7 print), 11×14 mat (8×10 print)

Canvases (also known as gallery wraps) are printed directly on heavy cotton fabric.

They are then hand-stretched around a 1.5” wood frame and finished with sawtooth hangers, corner bumpers, and black board backing.

Sizes: all standard available (5×7 through 40×60). Custom sizes within those dimensions can be made to order.

Mounting Benefits

Mounting offers superior protection of your print and massively boosts its durability.

A mounted print can be displayed with an easel, hung on a wall (on its own), and/or added to a frame (with or without a mat).

Matting Benefits

A mat is a paper-based frame that secures & protects a print.

The backing of the mat is a rigid acid-free board, which prevents any tearing or ripping.

In addition to being framed, matted prints may be stored in a box and/or displayed on their own (such as with an easel).
